My hair constantly comes out! YUCK. I asked my doc about my thyroid causing it and he said my thyroid tests would not indicate that as the culprit. So, I guess it could be a lack of vitamins or stress. I really eat very well as our family has tried to eliminate processed food. I eat lots of fruits and vegs daily, however, I have not been taking a daily vitamin which I have been meaning to do. I do take my Vidazorb probiotic daily- but I havebeen wanting to find a whole-foods daily supplement as well. Stress? Well- I really need to work on that one! So...I am happy to hear your suggestions and look forward to trying them. Thanks for suggesting natural treatments!
