You can also use your kitchen mayonnaise as a deep conditioner. Leave the conditioner for 15- 30 minutes on your wet hair once in a week.
Shampoo with hydrating formula:
Generally the shampoos for dry hair come with hydrated formula. At the time of buying look for the words like “moisturizing” or “replenishing on the product’s label and avoid the high alcohol based products. The hydrating formula of a moisturizing shampoo locks the moisture in the hair while washing.
Avoid blow-drying every always:
Try to dry the hair naturally. Thes hair drying tools produce a kind of heat which steals the moisture of the hair. If you are in hurry first gently dry the hair with a towel and apply some leave in moisturizer then use a hair dryer.
Proper brushing at least twice a day with a soft bristle brush not only keeps the hair clean but also spread the oil thoroughly on the head. It also encourages the scalp to produce oil. Use wide tooth brush on the wet hair.
Add Vitamins like A, B, C, E and K, protein, silica (present in the potato with skin) asparagus, cucumbers and bell peppers with lots of green vegetables in your diet for the health of the hair. EFA (essential fatty acid) based food like fresh tuna, salmon, sardines, Flaxseed, olives, avocados and some nuts keep up the hydration of the hair.
