The Way To Feeling Happy
Human psyche is a complex thing so amidst happiness you may often feel very sad and amazingly you do not know why/ This happens with most of the women particularly during the holidays and festivities when the lack of something haunts you and you can’t enjoy the mood and make others unhappy too. The problem is basically psychological and ways to get out of it are also directed towards this.
First of all ask yourself why you are unhappy? There can’t be no reason. You are unhappy because you have a reason there has to be. So if you feel like crying cry out loud and let the cathartic feeling bring peace. If you are not sufficient then you can take help of a professional. In these years of recession there are many chances that buying gifts may strain you like anything. Practice self control. It is only for a few months.
So you can cut the list of gifts and sternly say o t the inner voice that say buy buy buy. Do not worry your neighbors will surely understand after all the spirit is the main thing.
Another main thing is that you do not need to set unnecessary high standards of perfection. Do not expect anything and divide the works among all the members of the family and lastly whatever you do or whatever may be the pressure do not forget to spend time with yourself at least 15 minutes per day. Even if you have hundreds of cards to send the whole house to clean up do not worry and take a break. These things will make you relax and enjoy a much better holiday. Try it for yourself.
