Taking It Easy
Exercise is one of the most useful and avoidable activities of our life. The problem is we avoid it more than we apply it. All of us crib about our weight lose problems or our lack of it but none of us actually do anything about it. We always think that we have some better things to do with our time. Lack of dedication and interest and mostly laziness is the cause behind our unfit physiques. Well, there is a solution to this problem. We can always take baby steps towards our goal; at least we will have the satisfaction that we’re getting somewhere.
You can always start by walking on the treadmill for five minutes a day and slowly move on to ten and then more. Take walks and try jogging in between. Start slow and then gradually proceed towards your goal. Eat healthy. I know it is very hard to resist the very tempting delicacies but you can try to balance your diet. If you are out, order something healthy for a change. You can always have a bit of both kinds of food.
Try and ditch sugar and make sure you drink lots of water. Start eating less or better; buy smaller plates. Stretch whenever you can; it keeps your muscles from getting cramped or stiff. The problem with us is that we lack the determination to go on. Hard work is always necessary if you want something to happen. Nothing comes easy in life. If you think the work is tough, start easy but make sure you finish what you started. One day at a time is all that’s to it.
Health and fitness is our precious asset and we’d better work to keep it in shape or else the loser’s will smile at us from the mirrors.
