Six Tips To A Gorgeous Skin

skin-care2Here is a short list of things, which most women tend to ignore, but which are fairly important if you want to enjoy a great looking skin.

•    Even if you take the utmost care to buy the best makeup products, it is still important that you remove all your makeup before you hit the sack. Leaving the makeup on your skin overnight, will keep your pores clogged, thus depriving your skin of the oxygen that it needs. Apart from using regular face wash, you may need certain specific makeup removers to remove all the traces of the makeup from your skin.

•    If not on an everyday basis, at least every other day you need to exfoliate your skin to remove dead cells and dirt buildup. Exfoliating is very important as it opens up all your skin pores and helps your skin to breathe.

•    Apart from cleansing, the other most important and regular feature in your natural skin care should be to keep your skin well hydrated and moisturized at all times. When you remove your makeup in the evening, use some night treatment which is enriched with vitamins and Alpha Hydroxy acids. This will not only leave your skin well moisturized but at the same time it will help in rejuvenating your skin.

•    You can always manage with fewer cosmetics, but you must never compromise with the quality. Always go in for the best quality cosmetics, even if they are a bit expensive. And better still, if you can afford it, you should always go in for cosmetics containing natural ingredients.

•    Your face skin is delicate, and you must always remember this little fact. So whatever face care routine you indulge in, be sure that it doesn’t pull, tug or scrub your skin so hard as to damage the underlying collagen structure.

•    And lastly, your eating and drinking have a lot to do with your skin health, so you must refrain from eating junk food and get on to some healthy and nourishing fresh fruits, vegetables, whole grains and nuts.
