Simply toss them up

Get playful

For a more playful look try braids or pigtails, and you’re ready with a fun and carefree look. Both these styles are comfortable, keeping in mind the busy summer schedule that you may have, and what’s even better is that they never seem to go out of style. It doesn’t matter what your hair length is, because braids and pigtails look equally good on short as well as long hair. There is also a cute and mischievous element to these hairstyles, which makes them the perfectly hairstyle for all fun activities.

Twists and buns

These are some more styles that look really chic, for a casual summer look, and are easy to make. The simple bun is easy, and all that you need to do is to twist your hair in the back to form a bun and then secure it with a chopstick. For the twisted bun, just pull your hair backwards to form a low ponytail, and begin twisting your ponytail. When it’s nicely twisted just pull it up straight, and secure it near the crown with some bobby pins. Hide the lose ends somewhere in the twist and push in three chopsticks into the twist, with about one inch of space in between each of them.

Accessories are a nice way to add in a punch to your hairstyle, so go on and use your creativity to create different looks using chopsticks, hairpins, head bands, clips and scarves.
