Fashion goes in circles. The styles from the bygone years tend to make a comeback. We certainly are not going to adopt the Victorian fashion these days but anything that can be carried easily becomes the part of the latest trends too.

Consider ponchos. They were prevalent in the early seventies and they have made a comeback. If the weather is cool and breezy, then one of the most effective attire would be a poncho because it will cover the chest and keep the torso warm and hence prevent any instances of cold.

It is convenient to wear and carry and goes with any apparel. The kind of colors that it is available in are innumerable and hence it is one of the most sought after clothing item today.

When it comes to eyewear, the broad frames are back in trend, albeit with a slight difference. Some time back, the broad rimmed frames were very much in demand.

The colors that got included in these frames saw a blend of modern and retro. The modern frames have a trait of both the light and sleek modern eyeglasses and the broad rimmed retro glasses put together in a large variety of colors as well.

The sexual revolution from the sixties has revisited and with a bang! The trend of exhibiting the cleavage is a mark of elegance that has been clearly exhibited by celebrities who have walked the red carpet at award functions.

These celebrity icons have brought back the style of deep neck tops and shirts opened at least three buttons down for convenience and the trendy look.

It cannot be denied that we are looking at the vintage fashion revival. We look around and we see that the boots are a hot commodity today. Tight legged jeans are back.

In fact, this corroborates the assertion of fashion designing students that they are not taught anything new but made aware of the bygone trends. Once adept, they are allowed to fuse genres of fashion to create something that is new, eclectic and what the critics might claim as being refreshing. Vintage is back in vogue again.
