Vitamin C in particular helps the skin remain healthy. If you have a lot of leafy and green vegetables, your body will have the optimum level of Vitamin C. It can also be obtained from citrus fruits like orange and strawberries.
Also have broccoli, tomatoes and cabbages and there will be no shortage of the vitamins or the proteins and the minerals that are required to maintain a healthy skin.
Do not indulge in any habit that leads to dehydration of the skin. This includes smoking and alcohol consumption. Smoking in particular not only dehydrates the skin, but also induces toxins that destroy the skin cells faster.
