Raw Food Lifestyle
The latest buzzword in the health market is the raw food lifestyle. It is not merely a diet as many of you may think but it is rather a whole new way of looking into life where your along with your daily diet of raw fruits and fresh nutrients you will also be able to revive yourself through regular exercise and activities.
So why should one go for the raw food diet? Actually it is a lifestyle close to nature, you grow your own food, consume the very best, have an active lifestyle and also undergo a change in attitude and outlook.
The Transition:
The transition from cooked food to raw food is not that difficult as it may sound. First try this slowly. Begin with carrots and beans and all the fruits and vegetables that you generally love to consume raw. The slowly add more organic food, and include raw fruit juices, experiment with cocktails etc. There are many ways to make life interesting through this new lifestyle.
Grow Your Own Food:
Grow your own food. Yah you have heard it right. In the kitchen garden grow carrots, tomatoes, beans, for your consumption. However if you have a flat or a small house and cannot indulge in it then make sure you get farm fresh vegetables and fruits.
Spread the Word:
Yah just do it and why not it is one of the fastest growing popular lifestyles in this world today. Write up blogs, tell your friends about your passion and also make raw food dishes for the family and make them interested.
