Adhering to a regular exercise schedule will also ensure that your body is fit and has plenty of energy reserves that will come in handy in case the situation calls for it.

When you are out or doing some strenuous work, ensure that you are drinking plenty of water or juices that are not very concentrated, to ensure that your body remains hydrated and there is no dearth of the mineral supply as well.

One of the best remedies for exhaustion is to add a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar to a glass of cool (not cold) water and drink it. It is one of the most effective ways of replenishing the body with the vitamins and the minerals.

The other way to relax and help your body cool down is to have raspberry or mint tea. Both of these have the cooling effect and also help in keeping the body hydrated. If you are still feeling warm or hot, then soak a hand towel in water and place it on your head covering your forehead till your neck.

The heat of the body will get absorbed and it will become cooler. The water in the towel will also hydrate the body. The relaxation and hydration of the body will help you revive from exhaustion and will also rejuvenate the body.

If you are out in the heat, then one of the best ways to delay exhaustion is by wearing cotton clothes, preferably tea shirt and pants to avoid heat exhaustion. Keep a spray bottle to keep spraying yourself intermittently in the heat.
