Cramps in the legs are common and you may experience slight pain lasting even for a few days. Also sudden stretching in the morning can at times produce unbearable shooting pains in your legs. It is usually a result of the added weight that you were carrying and can be managed with a little bit of exercise. Let your doctor advice you on what are the safest exercises for you.
Experiencing high blood pressure is also quite normal, however minimizing your salt intake can help in bringing down your blood pressure levels to normal. A high blood pressure could also result in a blurred vision, however any problems related to vision call for an immediate visit to your doctor’s clinic.
