Nutrients for a Glowing Skin this Fall

Fall is a season of color, if we remember the Keatsian Autumn. You can also have a wonderfully glowing skin this autumn to match your persona. Go for a bottle of orange juice for the extra dash of Vitamin C to ward the wrinkles off.

And if you do not have ample Vitamin A in the diet, that might cause damage to your skin by making it super dry and enabling wrinkles to form on your skin. Pumpkin is filled with beta carotene which is a wonderful nutrient for loading the skin with Vitamin A.

You can have a can of pumpkin and that is the best for providing you with some iron which is another great nutrient for the skin. It is also necessary for promoting collagen which helps the skin to stay smooth and soft. The pumpkin is also a rich source of Vitamin C and helps you to keep your wrinkles at bay for a longer time.

So although people consider pumpkins only on Thanksgiving Day mainly and a pumpkin pie to fill the table, we also can think of many other pumpkin dishes which are dense in nutrient and also filled with fiber which makes a wonderful dessert.

You need pie pumpkin 4 pounds, seeded, peeled and cut into chunks of two inches. You also need four large apples which have been cored and unpeeled and cut into eight parts.

You also need some olive oil, one to one fourth teaspoon of salt, the same amount of ground pepper, you also need six cups of chicken broth that is reduced of much sodium or some vegetable broth, chopped hazelnuts toasted which is one-third of a cup and two tablespoon of hazelnut oil.

The oven has to be preheated over to 450 degrees. The squash or the pumpkin along with the pepper, salt, and olive oil is to be kept in a large bowl. Then the whole mix is to be spread on a baking sheet. The roasting has to be very tender and it must also turn brown having kept the mix in the over for fifteen to twenty minutes.

You can keep one third of the apples and the pumpkin into a blender with the two cups of broth. Then the mix is to be smoothed in the oven and the whole thing done in four batches. The remaining mix is to be seasoned with salt and then stirred for 5-6 minutes. You can then serve each of the portion with a sprinkled with hazelnuts.
