If you don’t have beer at home, you can also rub in some brandy into your hair to get rid of dandruff.

• As you know dandruff is nothing but dry flakes of skin from your scalp, so to beat the dryness try on some oil massage. Olive oil has a particularly soothing effect on that itchy scalp, and for best results let it stay in your hair overnight. To further improve the effect of oil massage wrap around a towel dipped in hot water around your head, as this increases the absorption of oil by the hair follicle while additionally giving your hair some shining effect.
