Start with blending the oats in a blender. It needs to feel like sand in between your fingers. Slather the paste onto your feet very generously. Let is stay for a few minutes until it begins to get dry. When this happens you can start massaging your feet. Exert pressure on your toes, around your heels and the areas that tend to ache. Do not forget to massage your legs also, only paying attention to your feet will not help.
After you massage the paste on your feet it will begin to shed in small shavings. Let the remaining product stay on your feet for a few minutes. Dip your fingers in olive oil and then massage the feet gently. This will help to moisturize your skin. Your feet will look clean and feel well nourished and cared for.
