Mud Mask – For Clear and Beautiful Skin

It is not necessary to go to an expensive spa to get a mud facial mask. The following mud mask recipes can be prepared just as easily at home and the results are absolutely amazing.



Yoghurt Mud Mask

To prepare this facial mask, mix three tablespoons of fuller’s earth with three tablespoons of full fat yoghurt. Mix the ingredients well to form a thick but smooth paste.Apply this paste on the face in upward strokes. Allow the mask to remain on the face for about fifteen to twenty minutes and then wash it off with lukewarm water.

Peppermint Mud Mask



This mask leaves the facial skin with a tingling fresh feeling. To prepare this mask combine two tablespoons of fuller’s earth with one tablespoon of peppermint extract and two tablespoons of rubbing alcohol. Once the ingredients have mixed well apply in a circular motion on the face and the neck. Leave the mask on for about fifteen minutes and then wash it off with lukewarm water.

Honey and Dead Sea Mud Facial Mask

This mask gives you a wonderful glowing skin. To make this mask, combine two teaspoons of dead sea mud with half a teaspoon of honey and three to four drops of lavender essential oil. Mix the ingredients well and apply the mask on the face and the neck. Allow the mask to dry out and then wash it off with lukewarm water.
