2. For your eye makeup, you’ll do best to skip the eyeliner. However if you must use it, keep the lines as thin as possible and let it closely hug the shape of your eyes. Because, your basic purpose of using mascara is to hold the eyelashes in place and not to make them look darker. And you can also achieve similar results using an eyelash curler. However, using mascara lets your curled eyelashes stay in shape for longer.
3. Foundation is the main thing that will help in accentuating the natural glow and beauty of your skin. The golden rule to follow is to find the closest matching shade, which will be difficult to differentiate from your natural skin tone.
4. Finally for your lips, choose a lipstick shade that complements your eye color. Ideally, dark skinned women should set the focus on their lips, and to achieve that you need to mark the contours of your lips with a lip liner which is about one shade lighter than your lipstick color.
