If you do not wish to refrigerate the hair spray, then you should add to it around 1 ounce of rubbing alcohol solution. To prepare this fragrant citrus hairspray, you will have to squeeze the juice from an orange and add it to one and a half cups of water. Bring this solution to a boil, and then slowly reduce the intensity of the heat, until the solution has reached a simmering state.



To this solution add 2 tablespoons of flax-seeds and continue heating, until the solution attains a sticky composition. To this sticky solution, add half a teaspoon of glycerin. After the solution has cooled down, transfer it to a spray bottle and store it under cool conditions. It is recommended that you shake this orange hairspray  thoroughly before using it.

Oil and Sugar Hair Spray

To make an oil and sugar hair spray, you will have to make a sugar syrup by heating 2 teaspoons of sugar in half a cup of water, until the sugar has dissolved completely. To this syrup, add 2 teaspoons of vodka and 5 drops of olive oiland mix well. Allow the solution to cool down completely and then transfer it to a spray bottle.
