Put an eye gel in order to avoid uneasiness around the eye. Let it absorb for a few minutes and then, wipe it off. Now, lightly dot the concealer under the eye. Having done so, start blending with a concealer brush or a semi wet or damp sponge. Once you are done, go over for a second layer. Do not use too much at a time if you want to avoid the horrible creasing that can make you look old and wrinkled instead of making you look younger and fresh.
Alternately, you could dot on the concealer under the eyes and then, start patting it with your ring finger. Since the under eye area is very delicate, do not put too much of pressure or tug the area which can worsen the situation. Just keep patting and the concealer would start blending and setting in the area. Once the concealer is blended, you can do your entire face with a powder foundation. Alternately, you could set the foundation with some fine and loose powder of your skin tone. Make sure to use a very small amount and use a brush to avoid the cakey look.
