Healthy Tips for Luscious Lips

Soft, plump and luscious lips not only look great, but they are a sign of good health. Lips tend to get dry and look chapped not only during winter but during other months of the year as well. A lip balm with an SPF factor in it will offer you additional protection from the sun. Reapply the lip balm every few hours and you will have fantastic looking lips all day long.

If your lips are dry and look dark then there is a possibility that your body is dehydrated. Lack of moisture will be shown in your dehydrated lips and hence you will need to increase the amount of water that you consume daily.
