There are chiefly two factors that are considered medically while considering heart conditions. They are ideally the “non-modifiable” and the “modifiable” factors.
The non-modifiable factors of risk that are irreversible are as follows:
Any family histories with coronary issues, age advancement, and male hormonal issues are the irreversible factors.
However there are as well those factors that are medically considered to be modifiable or reversible factors:
These reversible factors include high blood-pressure, bad lifestyle practices like smoking, unhealthy alcohol consumption levels, a physically sedentary lifestyle, high cholesterol levels, obesity, and diabetes to name a few. Now the reversible conditions as the name suggests are completely will issues and can be reversed for a human being’s betterment in health.
Some simple changes in the diet can work miracles. Removing added oils and fats by changing the method of cooking like considering baking, grilling, or steaming the food is a good approach.
