Get your Body Ready for the Beach

Its summer time! Time to hit the beach! I love this time of the year. Though a few years ago my excitement would die down when I had to get into my swim wear. I was never happy with what I saw in the mirror and this led to a lot of frustration. Complaining was not going to help my cause so I thought it was best to come up with a routine that would help me to get rid of my flab and have a fabulous body for the beach.

One of the key things to do in order to get rid of the excess weight and flab that you packed on during the winter is to exercise; even if it is for a few minutes in the day. Exercising for 30 to 45 minutes daily will reduce your flab and will help you to tone you body.

Exfoliate your skin regularly in order to get rid of the dry skin and to get rid of any signs of cellulite on your skin. Dry brush your skin for a few minutes daily before a shower; this will eliminate the toxins from your skin and get rid of them. Exfoliating with a cream, gel or natural salts will make your skin smooth and will clean your pores from deep within.

When you are at the beach you need to wear flip flops so you must pay attention to your feet too. Exfoliate your feet and get rid of the dead cells. Cut your nails and paint them with bright vibrant colors that reflect your summer mood.

Moisturize your skin regularly in order to keep your skin healthy. Consider a full body wax so that you can show off your body.

Wear beach wear that you are comfortable in. while some women are very comfortable in a two piece bikin others prefer to wear a swim suit while a small percent of women actually prefer to wear shorts and a T shirt. Take your pick.

Don’t forget to slather a rich layer of sunscreen lotion on your body before you head outdoors. Protect your head with a hat and your eyes with a good pair of sunglasses. Drink plenty of water in order to maintain your hydration levels.
