You might feel that this is not so important but you will realize the importance of discipline in the later stages of your pregnancy. Since this is the beginning, you might not have to invest in maternity clothing right away. Still it is advisable that you should wear comfortable clothes and get rid of body-hugging apparels.
Never diet during this period as the food you consume is the source of energy not just for you but for the fetus as well. Eating less or dieting can harm the fetus’ health. Practice yoga or meditation to keep yourself calm and relaxed. Avoid getting into strenuous activities. Stress has been identified as one of the major reasons for complications during pregnancy.
Keep yourself happy and active. Whenever you feel exhausted, take a nap to rejuvenate yourself. Create a mirthful atmosphere around yourself. Don’t get stressed about your pregnancy and rejoice in the face that you are going to have a baby. Nurture yourself to nurture your baby.
