Sweet potatoes

Women suffering from psoriasis can also benefit by adding a few carrots to their daily diet.

These contain the omega-3 fatty acids, which are another type of fatty acids essential to our skin. These fatty acids keep the skin hydrated and thus reduce your chances of getting dry or itchy skin. Your skin will remain supple, and you’ll have lesser chances of developing severe skin problems like eczema.
