Get adequate sleep:

To me, the best part of the 24 hour day is the night. I need a full night to sufficiently rest. After having a tough day, I feel tired and stressed. I happened to talk to a doctor last week. She advised me of the effects of sleep on our skin. Sleep not only relaxes your muscles but also nourishes your skin. Skin, being the largest organ of the body, needs to relax and rest for an uninterrupted 8 hours.

Sun block:

The harmful effects of the sun’s rays are not unknown these days. Besides stimulating the production of vitamin D in our bodies, there are some negative impacts of the ultraviolet rays of the sun.

Most medical experts advise that we use a quality sun block before going outdoors. Similarly, I always recommend putting on sunglasses if you want to stay outdoors for longer time periods to avoid squinting and causing wrinkles.

Natural skincare ingredients:

Lemon juice, being the most used natural ingredient in skin care products, is given central importance as it heals the cuts and bruises of the skin. In addition, you can use honey, not only as part of a food diet but as a skin care product.

It moisturizes the skin in the best possible manner. Don’t forget to have a splash or two of rose water each night. It is considered to be a naturally occurring cleanser and removes all the impurities of your skin, making it fresh and young.
