If you are wearing trousers of jeans hey need to fit you well. Choose clothes that hug all the right part of your body. Wear dark colored clothes; black and dark blue have a slimming effect. If you wear a pair of trousers with a boot cut or a flair cut at the bottom then your body looks leaner and your legs appear more flattering.
If you choose to wear a dress then a flair cut skirt with a tight fit top will accentuate your curves.
If you wear a skirt or a pair if trousers you need to wear a blazer. On trousers you will need to wear a long top that reaches your hips. This will naturally reduce your weight and cover any fats in your abdominal area. Again, darker colors are a smart choice.
Wear a blazer or a short jacket to hide any signs of flab. The jacket needs to fit your body well. If the blazer is too big then it will make you look droopy and may make you look bulkier than you are. In order to avoid this you need to wear a well fitted jacket.
If you are on the lager side then avoid carrying a large handbag. This adds to your appearance. Carry a small bag in which you can store all your essentials. If you choose to wear darker colored clothes to hide your excess weight then bright colored accessories will enhance your look.
