Pregnant women crave foods that may have never eaten or detested eating prior to getting pregnant. If a pregnant woman suffers from acute back pain, fatigue or is restless during the initial stages of the pregnancy then the oil must be used in a diffuser or in the form of candles. This offers the woman a certain degree of relief.
Pour a few drops of chamomile oil in bath water and soak in the water to ease and reduce stress and pains. You can pour the oil in a tub of hot water and soak your feet in the water for a few minutes before you retire for the night. This will ease the pain and any swelling that you may have in your feet.
Though chamomile has many benefits to offer pregnant women it is best to take the advice of a certified practitioner before you administer the use of the herb as excessive consumption of the herb is known to have a number of side effects on the fetus.
