Oatmeal and Coconut Bath Soak:
To make this soak mix one cup of oatmeal with one cup of brown rice and one teaspoon of coconut extract. Combine the above ingredients with the contents of five black tea bags and one cup powdered milk. Once the ingredients have combined well divide the mixture in half.
Next take a clean cheesecloth and cut it into two eight inch squares. Divide the mixture between the two cheese cloths. Then tie the cheese cloths tightly with string. Drop one pouch into your running bath water and enjoy a relaxing bath.
Rose Petal Bath Soak:
Boil one cup of fresh rose petals in three cups of distilled water in a heavy bottomed saucepan. Remove the rose petals and pour the rose water into your bath water. This wonderful bath soak can help to calm you at the end of a stressful day.
Sea Salt and Epsom Salt Bath Soak:
Combine one cup of sea salt with an equal quantity of Epsom salt and cup of baking soda. Mix the ingredients well and store in airtight glass jars. Add a few teaspoons of this bath soak into your bath water and enjoy a soothing bath experience.
Citrus Bath Soak:
Cut one lemon and one orange into fine pieces. To this add two drops of orange essential oil and three drops of lemon essential oil. Now add one teaspoon of sea salt to the fruit bits and allow it to sit for about five minutes. The sea salt helps to release the natural fruit juices.
Take another glass bowl and add three cups of sea salt and one cup of powdered milk. Add the salt and milk mixture to the citrus fruit mixture. Add a couple of teaspoons of this fragrant citrus bath soak mixture into your regular bath water.
