Olive Oil and Milk Bath Bomb Recipe
This bath bomb recipe not only adds scent and color to your bath water, it can also help in moisturizing your skin. To prepare this bath bomb, combine a quarter cup of powdered milk with one third cup of finely powdered Epsom salts, a half cup each of citric acid and corn starch and one cup of baking soda.
Next two teaspoons of melted cocoa butter is drizzled over the dry ingredients along with two tablespoons of olive oil and one teaspoon of rose essential oil. Then take a spray bottle and fill it with seven teaspoons of witch hazel solution.
This solution is prepared by mixing equal quantities of witch hazel oil and water. Finally spray the witch hazel solution on the pre-prepared mixture until the mixture become slightly moist and you can set the mixture to form densely packed lumps.
Simple Bath Bomb Recipe
Mix a half cup each of citric acid and cornstarch and add one cup of baking soda. Once the dry ingredients have mixed well, sieve it to ensure that there are no lumps in the mixture. Next take a glass jar.
Pour two teaspoons of rose essential oil, three quarter teaspoons of water and two and a half teaspoons of sunflower oil into the jar. Finally tip a quarter teaspoons of borax powder into the jar as well.
Tightly cover the jar and give it a good shake. Once the oils and borax mixture have blended well, pour it over the dry ingredients which have been kept aside and mix well. Take a small quantity of the mixture and roll it into tight little balls using our hands. Allow the bath bombs to dry overnight.
