Avocado and Almond Oil Night Cream
This is an excellent recipe to hydrate the facial skin and restore a youthful glow. To prepare this cream, macerate one medium sized avocado and squeeze out the juice from it. Combine the avocado juice with one cup of almond oil and about ten grams of melted beeswax.
Mix the ingredients thoroughly to form a smooth paste. Apply this naturally prepared cream evenly on the skin just before you turn in for the night. In the morning rinse the mixture off with lukewarm water.
Ginger and Cocoa Butter Night Serum
Grate a two inch piece of fresh ginger and squeeze out the juice. Mix the ginger juice with two teaspoons of apricot oil and two teaspoons of sesame oil. To this mixture add half a cup of melted cocoa butter. Vigorously mix the ingredients until it reaches a smooth consistency. Transfer to a clean and airtight container to be used regularly.
Wheat Germ and Apricot Oil Night Cream
In a glass bowl mix together one tablespoon of apricot oil with a tablespoon of wheat germ oil. To this oil mixture, add eight tablespoons of lecithin and three tablespoons of distilled water. Next, two tablespoons each of avocado, walnut and sunflower oil are added to the above mixture.
Add one tablespoon of arrowroot powder and a few drops of rose essential oil and continue mixing. Once the ingredients have blended well, transfer the concoction to a clean and dry glass container. Regular application of this natural night cream can help in erasing unsightly wrinkles.
