More than often, you just opt for dieting and avoid the exercising part. Most of you dread the thought of exercising. Many will even blame the lack of time for not exercising.

Exercising can be fun and quick if proper plans are made. It is just about living life in a healthy manner by making the right choices. Here are 10 simple steps that will incorporate exercising in your day-to-day life:

1.    Take the stairs: No matter which floor you need to go to, take the stairs instead of the elevator.

2.    Go for a Walk: Fit in a 45 minutes walking regime in your busy schedule.

3.    Play with Children: Go out and grab a game of basketball or Frisbee with your children. This will not only increase family bonding but will also help in keeping you fit.

4.    Swimming: Opt for swimming daily. This is one form of exercise that offers workout to each and every part of your body.

5.    Avoid Driving: Try to reach the nearby destinations on foot. Avoid taking the car to places that can be easily walked to.

6.    Park your car sensibly: Many people park their car a block or two away from office so that they get to walk that stretch on a daily basis.

7.    Get an exercise Buddy: Get hold of a likeminded friend who is willing to exercise with you. This way, you would not get bored easily.

8.    Learn Dancing: It has been seen, that dancing is a fun way to lose weight.

9.    Opt for Yoga: Yoga is supposed to have a holistic healing approach. It is believed to work on the body as well the mind.

10.    Challenge yourself: Last but not the least, challenge yourself. Keeping setting new goals for yourself and over achieve it.
